The "ABC's of Overcoming Seasonal Blues" is a satirical layout concept. The layout represents seasonal depression depicted as a children's book or pamphlet. This represents how mental health is sometimes viewed as something childish, or brushed off, an unjustly so. The solutions are dealt in a childish manner, but with adult context.
I took design inspiration from retro layout design and Typography. This style is then combined with a contemporary interpretation of brutalism.
